Bensheim-Schönberg

Come and join us where princes used to retreat for some serious frolicking (that's why it's called Fürstenlager)!

Please READ the description below. Due to some roadworks in the area, you do better if you use your eyes and your brain (remember where you stored it when you bought the GPS).

Coming from Frankfurt go SOUTH on the A5 and use exit 30 --> Bensheim.  Turn Right towards Michelstadt/Odenwald on B47 (=Nibelungenstraße).   After 1 km you come to a T-junction, turn left (stay on B47), keep to the right and at the top at the traffic lights where the street forks go right (staying on B47): Michelstadt/Lindenfels/Schönberg/Wilmshausen.

A few 100m after the sign "Schönberg" turn left into Hofweg (it's a narrow lane). There is a blue sign (Naturparkplatz) and a white sign with a soccer/football on it on the LEFT side of the street attached to the house before the turn.  We try to put up an HHH sign (which we haven't got) on the RIGHT side of the street.

Go up the hill, look for "Sportplatz" and "P" signs and possibly flour on the road.  Next to a well-hidden (sic!) football field is a parking space. Look for Hashers.

We expect a huge turnout from you b**,  since it will be the first real SPRING run.  It will be sunny.  It will be green (kind of)!
