Eppstein-Bienroth

Directions

From Frankfurt take A66 towards Wiesbaden take exit no. 12 Hattersheim-Ost towards Lorsbach and Eppstein. There is a “Praktiker” on the right hand. Keep straight on L3011 for 12 km passing Kriftel, Lorsbach towards Eppstein.
Look for signs “Sportplatz Bienroth”!
When the railway station is on the left, turn sharp right into “Burgstraße” follow this street to “Rossertstraße”, even uphill. “Rossertstraße turns left, do not go straight “Mendelssohnstraße”. On the hill “Rossertstraße” turns in “Friedrich-Ebert Straße”, follow to the end.
For those not coming from Frankfurt may use the exit Niedernhausen on A3 in direction to Eppstein. In this case the train station is on your right, “Burgstraße” on the left.

Do not look for Hash signs (should be a permanent DD for this.)!

Public Transport

Nice 15 minutes walk from train station to On On (even better then the trail), follow the hiking signs corner Burgstraße/Kurmainzer Straße.

The S2 is leading to Eppstein, terminal Niedernhausen.
