CAR: do not follow your Navi blindly, the traffic in Frankfurt is usually bad on school nights
Reaching Siesmayerstrasse is possible from the east of Frankfurt via Grüneburgweg and/or Fürstenberger Straße.
If you drive from west- or north of Frankfurt you can enter via Bremer Straße and then turn into Fürstenberger Straße, which goes into Grüneburgweg
