Frankfurt - Sebastian-Rinz-Strasse

Public Transport: From the U-bahns (and the Sud Bahnhof), take the U1, U2, U3, or U8 to Miquel-Addickesallee.  Keeping on the south side of the street, walk west (towards the Siedlung) along the Alleering, across the Hansaallee.  Sebastian-Rinz-Str. is the little street right past the American football field, right before the gruneburg park.  Number 22 is on the corner across from the Rapunzelturm.  This street is directly across the footbridge from the Duetsche Bundesbank and its park.

From the Hauptbanhof, take the 32 bus (bus stop on the south side of the Bahnhof, first stop of the line, so don't worry about which direction) to the Gruneburg Park stop.  This lets you out at the footbridge/Rapunzelturm.  Again, number 22 is across the street from the Rapunzelturm.  (picture of the Rapunzelturm: http://www.staedte-fotos.de/name/einzelbild/number/17371/kategorie/Deutschland~Hessen~Frankfurt+am+Main.html)

Driving: Take the A66 east from the A5.  My house is the first street on the right after the A66 stops being an autobahn.  This is a VERY fast quick turn!  You must cross two lanes of traffic coming from the Bockenheimer Warte in about 50m of space!  So slow down and be careful!  On Sundays, this turn is not too bad.  (If you zoom in on Googlemaps, you'll see what I mean).
