I hope you don’t wear yourselves out so much Wednesday-Saturday that you don’t make it to the Bash if you are in town! The hare and her lovely assistant were NOT too lazy to do a good Bash trail recon today and I think we will have a jolly great time.
I have reviewed the Ironman routes again and we are safe. If you run a short trail with hare (12:40pm), do the bash, and then doggy paddle a bit in the lake you will be a triHASHlete. MUCH COOLER than being an ironperson. TriHASHletes get a special prize.

SUNDAY 30 JUNE 1pm
Raunheim S-Bahn Station (S8 or S9). Trail is A to B.
Bring swimming gear, towels/blankets to sit on, drinks and snacks of your own or to share, and CASH MONIES for drink stops and food and admission and such.
No hash cash. Yes circle. If anyone wants to not do trail and just meet at the swimming on-after, please contact me privately to discuss times and location.
